Reading Poems: 26 Walks in Malmö came about through the simple premise of walking the city every day: to explore its urban edges and walk as far as desired, becoming increasingly familiar with Malmö over time as a place. The transparency of the maps allows these days to be seen in sequential multiplicity, with each walk adding another layer to the urban fabric of Malmö. The only constant landmark noted on the map is the departure point, the front of the red-brick apartment block on Per Wickenbergsgatan.
